Our mission
To develop, refurbish, and construct housing in Texas and the southeastern United States, funded primarily through federal grants, and to deliver each project to the highest standards of construction quality, fiscal accountability, and federal compliance.

A region in which the lack of physical housing is no longer the binding constraint on community well-being. Where every community that needs additional housing infrastructure has a development partner capable of bringing federal capital and disciplined execution to the ground.

PRINCIPAL
Founded Unity Impact Group to bring federal housing development resources to Texas and the broader southeastern US. Leads or advises a portfolio of affiliated entities spanning real estate, operations, and community development.
Christine Enetak
STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT
Leads strategy, grant research, and benchmarking against peer developers. Coordinates roadmap and fiscal sponsor relationships.
Cristian Ayala
TECHNOLOGY AND DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Owns the organization’s digital infrastructure, web presence, and operational systems supporting grant compliance and reporting.
