Federal grants don’t fund the earliest stages.

Your donation closes the gap before grants are awarded, funding site control, feasibility studies, architectural and engineering work, legal and accounting costs or project structuring, and pre-development expenses that grants reimburse only after they are incurred.

Transparency
Accountability matters.
Unity Impact Group will publish an annual report, including financial summaries, project updates, and units delivered. Donors and grant funders receive this report directly. Our fiscal sponsor’s audited financials are available on request.
