Structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, safety, accesibility, and finishing improvements are made to the property.

Grant-funded by design.
Unity Impact Group is structured to operate on federal grant funding, including HUD’s Continuum of Care Program and related housing development focused initiatives. Projects are scoped to the size of the award. We do not solicit cash match from the communities we serve, and we do not undertake projects we cannot fund to completion. Donations administered through our fiscal sponsor cover pre-development costs and gaps that grants do not always reach.
